During the science week the children from the first grade went on an excursion to examine the water of a little stream close to the school.
The kids were all set, equipped with a scoop net, some magnifiers, a notepad and rubber boots.
We took a closer look at the limpidness, smell, temperature, ph-value and small animals.
We took notes about what we found out.
We compared the water from the local stream to the tap water and the Main (river running through Frankfurt ).
