Spanish questionnarie results

We counted vehicles in Berkersheim

From 08:15 until 09:00 p.m.

Result:

Cars
Motorcycles
Bicycles
Pedestrian
260
10
45
70

We saw that from 07:30 until 08:30 p.m. the density of traffic is very high. The people drive to the places where they work.

In the afternoon we don’t have such intense traffic because the working day ends at different times for different people.

We saw most often that there was only one person in each car. Pollution produced by automobiles could be reduced if people chose to car-pool.

Science-Week in Berkersheim

During the science week the children from the first grade went on an excursion to examine the water of a little stream close to the school.

The kids were all set, equipped with a scoop net, some magnifiers, a notepad and rubber boots.

We took a closer look at the limpidness, smell, temperature, ph-value and small animals.

We took notes about what we found out.

We compared the water from the local stream to the tap water and the Main (river running through Frankfurt).
